Day 15 - New York, NY

I am struggling to find time to keep the blog going as this week is so full-on with so much to fit in.  So I'm afraid my notes are a little brief but I'll upload some extra photos.

Up and out early this morning as we are heading to the Rockefeller Centre which will take us 260 metres above street level to the observation decks.  Once again timed entry tickets so no queuing.  We were among the first group to go up and as it was quite early the sun hadn’t yet come out which was a pity but the views in daylight were absolutely breathtaking – an unforgettable experience.

A few more pics from today

This evening we went to see a Broadway show (it had to be done), we saw The Book of Mormon.  We saw it in London back in February for Mark’s birthday, loved it and have wanted to see it again ever since.  A fab night out – Times Square was certainly an experience too.
The Book of Mormon was brilliant!

The blog entries for these few days aren’t really doing it justice but there’s just no time - we are on the go straight after breakfast at 7 and don’t get back to our hotel room until 10 at the earliest.  Just manage to sort through a few photos then fall into bed shattered.  Loving every minute here in New York.  It really is the city that never sleeps..... Zzzzzzz
